Guitar Lessons

Learning to play the guitar is a dream for many people. Not everyone has the opportunity to study in a music school — and not everyone wants to follow that path. In my home studio in Wrocław, I offer guitar lessons for both children and adults. As a musician and teacher, I have the experience and knowledge needed to share musical skills in a way that is engaging and makes learning easier.

Tell me what kind of music you listen to, and I will prepare a set of exercises tailored to performing it on the guitar. I will write down your favourite songs and send you a video in which I play through your assignments myself — so you can always return to the material covered during lessons and check whether you’re practising correctly.

Guitar lessons take place in a home environment. My professionally equipped studio in Wrocław is a space where you’ll find a guitar to learn on, educational materials, amplifiers, and all the necessary equipment. The intimate atmosphere and direct teacher‑student relationship make learning the guitar a valuable time for deepening and developing your passion.

I also teach ukulele. This small instrument has become increasingly popular in recent years — its compact size allows children to start learning very early.

What will you learn during guitar lessons?

To learn guitar effectively, it’s essential to master the basics of proper playing technique. Regardless of the musical style you choose, I will teach you how to use the instrument so you can make the most of its possibilities.

During my lessons, you will learn:

• chord playing
• principles of harmony
• how hand position and relaxation affect tone, quality, and ease of playing
• rhythmic awareness
• scales — the foundation of your favourite solos, improvisation, and composing new music
• reading music notation — useful for learning new pieces or writing down your own ideas
• string changing
• tuning the guitar, and more

These skills give you the essential foundation needed to keep improving your playing. You will also learn important practical tasks such as tuning the guitar and changing strings, so you can take care of your instrument independently.

Who are guitar lessons suitable for?

I teach guitar lessons for children — for younger students, lessons are shorter and adapted to the child’s age. My youngest student was only four years old. However, the optimal moment to begin guitar lessons is usually when a child reaches school age.

Guitar lessons for teenagers and adults are slightly longer. A passion for music has no age limit, so I welcome adults of all ages and all skill levels — from complete beginners to those who already have some experience and playing technique.

Adults: 60 minutes – 150 zł Children: 45 minutes – 115 zł / 30 minutes – 75 zł

The length of guitar lessons for children depends on the student’s age.
